Team Information
Walking as a team is a great way to participate in the Wiggle Waggle Walk for the Animals. Registration is free for all team members, but we encourage teams to raise funds or donate for the animals in our care.
A team can be any two or more family members, friends, classmates, neighbors or co-workers (or a mixture of all) who join together for a great time and a great cause!
Teams are welcome to walk with signs bearing team names and/or corporate affiliation. Some teams have even made up matching T-shirts to wear on the day of the Wiggle Waggle Walk!
Be a Team Leader
Every team needs a leader. As a team captain, you will:
- Organize your friends, family, etc... into a Team.
- Give your Team a name.
- Make sure each Team member registers for the Wiggle Waggle Walk.
- Encourage all your Team members to set up their personal fundraising web pages to collect donations for the animals!
- Ensure that your Team members turn in any check or cash donations they receive.
- Have fun with your Team!
Remember, the more funds you and each of your team members raise, the more treats you and they will earn!
